Supervisory Skills - - SESSION 3 OF 4

Leadership is the art and science of how to obtain maximum results from the efforts of others. Learn how to optimize your effectiveness as a supervisor and leader and create a work environment that inspires and motivates others to high performance! Covers: Attributes of Effective Leaders (including a self-assessment and free 360 assessment tool), Servant Leadership and how to intentionally deliver what employees want and need, Being a Leader vs. a Boss, Creating Agreements with your direct reports and teammates, understanding how people differ from one another, how to lead your former peers, and how to use the four styles of leadership effectively. The course is eight hours total, conducted in four 2-hour sessions. This format will allows the work to continue while attending the course. It also ensures an immediate implemention of new tips, tools, tactics, and processes in between each session.
